· High Growth Innovation Sprint – Endorsed by the ScaleUp Institute, this is an intensive business model innovation programme to drive market share and improve profitability. From over 275 SMEs to date, growth is on average 29%.
· Product Innovation Programme – design, prototype, trial and evaluate new products being brought to market, delivered by UCLan’s leading engineering innovation team.
· Leadership for Growth – leadership and management development courses accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) designed to develop your teams leadership capabilities.
